Hi all, please help me...
at this point I think... I'm not able to set my build...
MB: Asus Rog Maximus Z790 HERO
CPU: 14900KS
RAM: DDR5 2x16GB GSkill 7600 (F5-7600J3646G16GX2-TZ5RK)
Liquid Cooler: Thermaltake TOUGHLIQUID Ultra 360 All-In-One Liquid Cooler
PSU: Thermaltake Toughpower GF3 1350W
BIOS: Ver 2202
there are many problems...
to starth with I can't install windows 11 ... after 100% of loading installation in the copy step crash and close or error 0xc0000005.
If I change CPU (13600 for example or 13700) I install windows with no problems
back with 14900KS windows always crash with blue screens BSOD with all error codes known, from the watchdog to the kernel exception.
This with default bios in auto or minimum setting with xmp II on and MCE disabled or whatelse on powerlimits tuning, I ve already follow many guides on line with many suggestions but nothing works as well..
I can't start apps, cant start o finish a Cinebench, cant use XTU for test a basic config, cant make any bechmarks from aida64 to Prim95.... always BSOD... with no actions the windows crash or stucks.
Does anyone have a basic bios setting that is stable for the first setup please?
(there will be time for undervolting or overclocking)
with tears.. thanks in advance...

Hi @Raghen
1. Clear CMOS
2. If on BIOS 2202 you should see Intel Baseline Profile under Extreme Tweaker. Enable this and then Save and Exit. Retest stability.

Hi friend... something stable but with very low frequency... RAM and CPU.. I tried all the solutions on Reddit and sites and your without success.. I'm starting to think about an RMA... it's not possible to crash and bsod for every change with this type of super build... I'll take a couple more days of testing, but what I'm doing is something with workarounds. Such a situation is not permissible.

Hi,
With Intel Baseline Profile enabled:
Select XMP II
Set DRAM Frequency 7200
Retest.

You will have issues trying to run anything past 6800mhz cl34 with that board the issue being its memory lead layout had to be arranged in a way to make room for the extra features the board has. Best 4 dimm boards and if your lucky on your cpu and the boards manufacturing quality is the TUF and Rog Strix E 790's plus their gen 2 counterparts. Otherwise you will want an Apex or Apex Encore z790 for anything at 7200mhz cl34 or faster.
