Im back out at work now, but was having some fun with my new build over the past week:

Apex Board
12900K All Core OC 5.2P / 4.1E Fixed Voltage 1.285v + (-0.050v) - with EK Velocity 2
Corsair Dominator 32G DDR5 5600 C36 @ 6000 C36
Evga 3080Ti FTW3 Ultra Core Clock +210 / Memory Clock + 1275 w EK Vector

Well Im at work right now so away from my system another week or so.....I think it was something like VDD/Q 1.275v VDDQ Transmitter 1.275v MC 1.3v SA maybe 1.25v...something like that....funny though I keep reading some folks running SA as low as 0.98v to 1.1v....higher they crash...no idea really....I think I tried lowering it SA to 1.2v and crashed...cant remember for sure though...good times!...

I have always been into OC'ing CPU...going back to E8400 Wolfsdale thru to 980X ...3930K ...9900K and now this Alder Lake...certainly not a hardcore genius, but I know the basics.....Memory on the other hand I have only began to dabble with OC'ing with my previous Dominator DDR4 3200 C16 kit on my 9900K.....for this Z690 I started by reading thru Shaminos guide, particularly section 2 Memory...

Where I had kind of a "whoa moment" was the first time I ran Timespy with this system and got to the CPU test.....couldnt believe how much faster this 12900k DDR5 smoked thru that test vs 9900K DDR4 system....

Looks like I will have the 6200 Dominator kit in a few days,..

FedEx Tracking shows International shipment release - Import in Anchorage, AK yesterday 5:25 PM.

The 6400 G.SKKILL kit is impressive, trains vary well,.. I have two saved profiles now 6400 1T, 6600 2T. The kit will pass MemTest, boot Windows at 6800 2T, 7000 2T but will need to spend some time tuning before saving profiles.

Thanks man....I got a sense of accomplishment with the PR score as I had been after 15K for awhile.....took a nice cool room and a 1st run 😉 I cant be bothered with 1000w vbios or enabling Rebar in nv Inspector......stick to "no steroids" and good old fashion "cool ambient" and pushing OC's....I was quite surprised getting through a run with my 3080Ti +210 Core!!! I have tried before with no success...likely just a little cooler ambient was all it took!

I pre ordered the new EK Vector 2 Block...I think when Im ready to install it Im going to remove my XSPC RX 480 Rad (bit of a job as I have to pull a fair few components out to get it out)....remove the 4 very old Corsair fans and replace with 4 Noctuas.....

Those are pretty awesome Memory OC's on thata gSkill kit...wow....starting to sniff 7000 !!!! Really hope I can get the Dom 6200 kit to reach 6600 😉 You wil have your installed n testing long before I get home, so looking forward to your results!!!!
