hi everyone, I have a few questions about oc, I have an ASUS gt35cg computer with i9 11900kf + rtx3080 on the z590-f board, I turned it up to 5ghz with 1.36 voltage, the temperatures are fine but when playing, for example in bf5, it takes me 170 watts and so a few hours , I wonder if I will not damage the processor in this way, I note that it controls temperatures that reach a maximum of 70-80 °. I also tried adaptiv voltage, but I had worse results, I'm doing something wrong, I do not understand it ... I am also wondering about the motherboard because, as I mentioned, there should be z590-f but the bios is g35cg so as if specifically for this computer, can I do it to change to original from motherboard?
