Hello guys, can you please assist on this one: Unfortunately i have the intel 13700k cpu with the asus rog stix z790 a gaming wifi motherboard. I have updated my BIOS update to the new version of 0x12B.
With intel default settings in the BIOS i have the following: Tested with cinapench32 score 28516 pts, Vcore: 1,305V, cpu package power: 253W, IA cores: 240.070W, Core clocks: 5.300MH/Z, Cpu temp: 84oC
With ASUS Advance OC Profile in the BIOS i have the following: Tested with cinapench32 score 29875 pts, Vcore: 1,261V, cpu package power: 236W, IA cores: 223W, Core clocks: 5.400MH/Z, Cpu temp: 84oC
Are the ASUS Advance OC Profile better than the intel's right? i mean lower V, lower W. Am not really sure about this.
