z87-WS and mSata

Unfortunately the manual for this board does not have much info about the mSata port. Some forums I've come across say the mSata disables one of the Sata ports and other say it is its own independent port. There is an onboard switch jumper that says "Auto-detect mSATA or SATA port 6" & "Force mSATA function" which leads me to assume the mSata may disable another port.

But I'm not certain and wanted to see what you guys thought.

From ASUS support:

"You can use the mSATA alongside with your SATA ports. There's bandwidth limit that will disable a SATA port if you use the mSATA port."

Uhh thats a strange way to word it but it sounds like yes, it will disable a port.
