Z77 Sabertooth Ram OC Issues

Hey guys, been a long time since I posted on here, but last time I did got a lot of help.

The system I am having issues with I built a while back, but semi recently had to replace the motherboard. I was running a gigabyte z77 g1.sniper 3 m3 with my 3570k and 2x Gskill F3-2400C10D-8GTX. On that motherboard I could set the Ram speed up with the XMP to 2400 with 0 issues whatsoever. Ran that way for a while. I recently ditched the gigabyte board after having issues with losing sound, RMAing it several times, and them telling me the problem was solved when it wasn't many times. I ended up going with a Z77 Sabertooth, and love it for the most part. My only issue is that I can't seem to get my system to POST set to anything over 2000mhz. I know its not the CPU or RAM because they worked just fine on my other board, they just don't seem to want to on this one at full speed. Any ideas?

I did find the ASUS Z77 Motherboard UEFI BIOS Tuning Guide and tried to tweak a few things here and there, see if I could get it sorted, but couldn't figure it out on my own. I also tried running just one of the two sets of RAM with no luck. So here I am.

One of the first things I did when I started having issues was update the bios. I just double checked it, its 2104 which is the most recent listed on the Asus support site.

Tried that as well. Set them to the manufacturer stats, even tried looser timings. Tried bumping the voltage up a little. Tried tweaking second and third timings based on recommendations from the Tuning Guide. Though that was just based on the general descriptions given in the guide. Not sure what order I should try them in if there is anything more specific.
