Hello !
I'm having some problems with my motherboard (X99-Deluxe) bought in February 2015.
USB ports on the back of the motherboard are behaving strangely, when I connected my usb microphone to at least 4 of them. The sound going out of it is "crackling" all the time. I already experienced before some loss with my mouse using these ports.
Concerned USB ports are the two first rows from the top, so the 2 next to each RJ45 ports and maybe the third row too but I'm not sure. The only thing I'm sure is that the front USB ports are fine, and two rows from the bottom behind are fine too.
If I use the faulty ports through my monitor as an hub (which is powered by an external source), it seems like there is no issues.
Do you think there is something to try ? Could it be driver related or is it an hardware problem ?
If it is an HW problem, how long will it take in Europe (I live in Belgium) to RMA it ?
Thanks a lot for reading and your help.
Have a nice day !
