AMD does not guarantee anything higher than 2133. Anything higher than that is a bonus.
You may want to try 3600 @ 14-14-14-34 / 1.35v
And you also need to realize that sometimes, even if it is on the QVL, as well as even Samsung "B" die, that just because one person can get it working, it may not work for you. It's not an exact science, and is a process of trial and error.
I have a 16GB kit of G.Skill TridentZ RGB, and I can't push any higher than 3000Mhz without my system going unstable on the most recent BIOS and I am using the exact same motherboard.
