wrong volgate reading

My CPUZ and HWmonitor no longer can read my core voltage accurately. They show really low value like 0.339V, 0.555V all the time no matter if the CPU is idle or under load..
However, AI Suite 3 and Intel Extreme Tuning Utility read correct voltage.
But I remember that CPUZ and HWmonitor used to read voltage correctly (at this same PC), what may be the issue? Some windows update? Anyone else with the same problem?

I have maximus vi hero, 4670k and windows 10 pro 64 bit..

more then one monitoring program installed = they will crash on each other and give wrong/inaccurate readings.
always run one of them, never 2 at the same time.
eve if you try to disable aisuite, it will still be active in the back ground.
