Windows 8.1 update 1 x64 PRO whit MC boot problems MAXIMUS EXTREME VI

So after Win8.1 update 1 my PC boots like this:

1. I press power button
2. PC beeps
3. see ROG screen
4. see screen before windows (ROG) loading
5. PC shuts down
6. Press power button PC starts normal.
What is my problem? and how to fix it please help me because its annoying to boot 2 times.
