Will a Dark Rock TF fit on Maximus V Extreme?

I bought a Noctua D15 thinking I wouldn't have any problem mounting it to this motherboard, but the cooler is so big that it covers up the first PCIE slot.

I'm looking at the Be Quiet Dark Dark Rock TF now, but that's also a very big cooler and I'm not sure if I'll run into the same problem...

If you have low profile ram you can turn the cooler 90 degrees and shouldn't have any problems, the NH-D15 will mount on the smaller ROG boards maximus impact and maximus gene.
