Which is best way to Flash Bios?

I am about to flash my bios on my mobo M7H for the first time, and I am a little nervous.

I see there are multiple ways to do so, can I ask the veterans here which is the best way to do so?

USB BIOS flashback is the "safest" way. Most builds can be flashed that way unless specified otherwise. There are videos on how to do it, and the MB manual should cover some of it as well. FAT32 formatted USB drive in the correct USB port. You can run the BIOS renamer tool to rename the file for you.

The other good method is EZ Flash 2 - although that requires the board is powered on.

I used it, and will attempt to flash it tonight.

hopefully my next mobo after this, the z87 will be just as easy.. though that one the BIOS is still .ROM.. so I am a little worried.
