ello folks
im just after a little conformation of sorts. i'm a tad curious about where the T0 cpu temp sensor actually reads from?
secondly i just wanted to make sure that the 3 temp sensors in hwinfo represent the temps i think. i know AMD have some strange way of working out the temps which all helps to confuse things lol.
the 3 cpu sensors im talking about are
AMD 10h+ cpu thermal sensor
cpu
T0
i always thought that
10h+ cpu = core temp but the lower numbers ie below ambient are irrelevent but once over 30c are more accurate. ?
Cpu = socket?
as for the T0. untill recently i could'nt read that but i take it this is also a socket temp?
T1 = southbridge
T2 = northbridge
T3 = motherboard
neither one ever goes above 40c unless stress testing where i've never seen over 50c. the reading for the cpu usually reads as anywhere from 12-18c while idle (which i know is not possible) but as soon as i do anything like gaming and such it pretty much stay around the same temp as the 10hr+
i know its a question thats been asked umptine times before but i can't find anything on google that gives me the answers im looking for. so i thought here's the best place to ask anyway 😛
i know i have nothing to worry about temp wise but just wanted some sort of comformation the temps are for where i think.
as always any help is very much apreciated 😄 cheers folks
