I was just wondering where people were getting drivers for the board. Obviously asus posts drivers on their site but i have seen more current drivers such as the intell x79 chipset v 9.3 posted on intels site, Asus does not have this driver posted. I would assume this may be the case for other elements of the board such as the sound drivers etc.

i would go whit the drivers they post on the board site, or else you could end up whit problems i guess.

the only reason i brought it up is alot of times the manufacturers dont stay current, or once they release a new product line they tend to stop updating the links for the older products, especially when we arent talking about BIOS, but rather something a 3rd party is releasing..

the link arne provided is probably what i am looking for

I tend to get the drivers from the appropriate hardware manufacturer's web site, i.e. Intel, AMD/ATI, etc. I do that because the ASUS download site does not seem to post updates shortly after they appear on the appropriate hardware site.
