I've always got this from day one just wanted to know if its normal?

You mean like when you change the BCLK of a system double post?

I have not noticed that but maybe it is because I hardly ever power off my system. I will have a look mate.

Well you know that raid set up screen were u push Ctrl+I to enter the raid setup, What mine system does is shows the asus image then the raid setup then re-shows the asus image again before booting into windows?

That's not double POST mate. It's normal. If you disable the logo you'll see instead, black screen->OpRom->POST finishing->boot. It's just that the logo display is interrupted for a bit by the display of the OpRom messages:)
