What is the unlabeled 8 Pin connector underneath PCIE slot 3?

There are 2 other unlabeled connectors which I managed to find information about, I have labeled these with green boxes. The 3 pin one near the start button is linked to the CPU Vcore. The one near the bottom of the board next to the opt fan 2 header is a 10 pin JTAG programming header.

However I can't find any information detailing the 8 Pin header under PCIE 3. I have marked this with a yellow box. Using a signal probe I can detect a data signal something around the range of 20HZ on the two pins on the bottom row on the right and inner right.

you know thats a good question, i noticed it but since i never needed to plug anything into that i never wondered.

its not in the manual that coumes with the motheboard n cant find details of it for love nor money

It will be a communications port for the board at a engineering level. Think of it as an diagnostics port.

OK, but the 10 pin connector at the bottom of the board which is also unlabeled and not in the manual is a programming connector. I guess this could be another one. Not a big deal anyway, it would be nice if it were a useful port.

isnt the one at the bottom for from panel something. not sure if its USB 3.0 or e-sata

no, the one at the bottom I have put a green box around is a programming connector. To the right of it are the two BIOS chips, then continuing right a fan header, two USB 2.0 jacks, a USB 3.0 jack then the front panel connectors.
