What is ASUS com service?

Hi,

I’m wondering what ASUS com service is, and what programs it’s used for.

Currently don’t have any ASUS software installed anymore, so I’m wondering if this comes preinstalled with ASUS motherboards or not?

I previously used armoury crate, and gpu tweak, but I uninstalled both. I’m wondering if these are just leftovers from those programs and if they can be safely disabled or not?

This service has used all 24 cores of my cpu up to 95% while idle. IDK what it is but I want rid of it. I tried disabling it in services but it keeps reenabling after startup. It's like malware and annoying and nobody seems to know what it does or where it's from and why we can't get rid. For 3 years this has been going on...
