What can cause this RAID0 SSD error to occur? (w/pics)

I 'mark as normal' within IRST and error goes away until next cold startup.
Most of the time during startup and passed post It will show blue screen and an error will follow. I then hit Enter key a few times and it will continue to Win 8.1 Pro desktop fine. However, IRST warning error/failure notification pops up and then I have to mark RAID0 array 'as normal' to get rid of the red X icon and error.

I notice the issue is primarily occuring on IRST Port0. I have swapped both SSD's from Port0 and Port1 and back with Port0 only showing the symptom. This tells me that the actual SSD's and their built-in controller is not bad...?
I surely hope the MVF on-board SATA controller is not dieing on me since the mobo is less than a year old.
I have yet to see if the actual SATA 6.0GB cable is at fault here, I will check that soon.
Also, the SATA speed for some reason is lowered from 6GB/s to 3GB/s, with or without the error/failure occurring.... strange indeed.

So Help please.

I would change the cables and see if that helps. Have you checked the connection to the board SATA port is not shifting?

Solved.
Turns out the Asmedia 106x SATA Controller was causing conflict with DVD burner or something and needed driver update. cables are fine.

Thanks =]
