Weird Problem with Rampage IV Formula

I have very weird problem with my mobo.

Every time I restart my PC, the Boot priorities change, and I am unable to boot in to windows without changing them.

I have an Intel 330 SSD, and a Crusial M4 SSD, along with two 1.5TB Western Digital Clack Caviar HDDs for storage.

I don't know why this is happening, I have the latest BIOS for my Rampage IV Formula, and I have updated my SATA drivers as well.

Another weird thing, is that when I boot up, its not enough to just change my boot priority, I have to go in to SATA configuration and reset the the SATA mode, every time. So if the current SATA mode is AHCI, I have to switch it ti IDE, If its IDE, I have to switch it to I AHCI.

It's a very weird problem, and I have never had anything similar like this happen to me.

Any tips, as to what is going on?

Windows 7 has a habbit of putting the Boot partition where it likes instead of where you like!!! I would initially pull out all the drives (including USB Flash drives and opticals) other than the one you wish to be the boot drive and the one you think the WIndows boot sector is placed on. Boot into OS with this drive plugged into a red Intel port assuming its an SSD with the disk drive in AHCI mode. Once in Windows shut down add your other drives and you should be good to go not having to change anything or even enter bios.

If after doing as 8 Pack has suggested the problem persists, then go into BIOS f5 to defaults and re-flash your bios using EZflash2 found in the tools section of the BIOS. DO NOT please use OS to flash a bios.
