Where is your psu located in case, bottom or top, what make is it, is your computer case soundproof i am thinking about does it have foam inside I have a Fractal Design Define R4 Black Pearl only problem was after a while half a year or so i would hear strange sounds from mb and sound chipping on my new "at that time new" SB Z turned out a small piece of foam from case had blown loose and hit the same transistors in my case on SB Z sound card as you point to in picture melted into the components. Which meant when i turned pc on i would hear some sort of "how can i describe it, have you ever burnt some acrylic the stuff our TV and other stuff is covered in when you buy it" I can't hear the sound in your pictures my current pc does not have any speaker. I would if i was you, turn pc on for 5 min turn it off if you have a magnifying glass look over mb where you hear the sound and see if there are any brown spots, also try if possible to smell if there is a bad smell coming from the location. In my case i was "lucky" only SB Z was hit by the foam so i bought a new one no more phizzing sounds. problem with foam covered cases are the side fans location you can unscrew it and put a fan there but the screw holes are badly made and foam breaks loose if your not carefull. i hope this has been some help and that your pc "mb" does not smell like its being heated up in microwave" good luck because if psu is on top of case it wont smell when its running because air is blown out
Be careful when you plug the reset button back to mb on picture it looks bent but could be the angle you shot mb from it just looks like its almost touching the speaker plug
