Hi there

I run an i-7 4770K with a Maximus VI Formula as motherboard. I note from AIDA64 the following sensor values (essentially idle):

Temperatures
Motherboard 36 °C (97 °F)
CPU 36 °C (97 °F)
CPU Package 41 °C (106 °F)
CPU IA Cores 41 °C (106 °F)
CPU GT Cores 36 °C (97 °F)
CPU #1 / Core #1 40 °C (104 °F)
CPU #1 / Core #2 37 °C (99 °F)
CPU #1 / Core #3 36 °C (97 °F)
CPU #1 / Core #4 37 °C (99 °F)
PCH Diode 42 °C (108 °F)
VRM1 36 °C (97 °F)
VRM2 34 °C (93 °F)
VRM3 31 °C (88 °F)
GPU Diode 33 °C (91 °F)
Samsung SSD 840 PRO Series 31 °C (88 °F)
ST2000DM001-1CH164 34 °C (93 °F)

Cooling Fans
CPU 2276 RPM
Chassis #2 840 RPM
Chassis #3 1836 RPM
GPU 1030 RPM (31%)

Voltage Values
CPU Core 0.757 V
CPU VRM 1.760 V
CPU Cache 1.094 V
+3.3 V 3.344 V
+5 V 5.000 V
+12 V 12.000 V
+3.3 V Standby 3.440 V
VBAT Battery 3.360 V
VCCSA 0.816 V
VTT 1.016 V
PCH Core 1.053 V
DIMM 1.517 V
GPU Core 0.837 V

Power Values
CPU Package 13.39 W
CPU IA Cores 2.75 W
GPU TDP% 6.48 %

Would anyone spot any issues with these values (apart from the high fan speed). Many thanks!

I don't know what to say other than no, none at all.

Hahaha cool man - I just thought perhaps the CPU VRM voltage is a bit high. I don't know, perhaps after my recent CPU sudden death 5 days after purchase, I got scarred and am now paranoid.

My board defaults to the exact same voltage, with an i5-4670k.

1.7V - 1.80V is normal stock voltage for the VRM.

Cheers guys - thanks for the advice. Guess the only issue is still the inability to reduce the rpm on CHA_FAN 3 to go below 1800 rpm...
