[Video] ASUS Maximus V Gene 6 hours on LN2 (and 3DMark 01 SLI WR on MIVE)

...finally got some LN2 in my hands again.

Last time was in december but as we all know only Ivy is the true king of extreme overclocking!

So I started with my best 3770K in 3D Mark 2001 GTX 580 Matrix SLI on MIVE ... and broke the WR on hwbot :cool:





For some reason I wanted to see how far it would go on MIVE (missed multipliers for such a good CPU anyway due to P67 limitation) and killed the good chip o_O



2 days later I tested another chip on 1.9V on MVG and it worked absolutely well with no issues...even had the time to do some video 😉

if I am lucky I will have 5 chips with new stepping that seem to run way better than everything between week 52/11 - week 12/12.

I have already seen chips with 1.1V flat at 4.5 GHZ - looks like Intel is improving the 22nm process up lately 😄

Yeah I have seen the new stepping at DDR3000 on Air. Is there any chance I could buy one of your better new stepping ones from you when you get them????

1275 failed loop 22 32m today...and I strongly think it's the mem as I never managed more than 1320+ 1m 😉
