It's likely the overclocking profile for 4600 is not quite stable. The most direct way to improve stability is to increase core voltage. The risk is that temperatures will rise.

What temperature do you get with the CPU under load at 4600?
What temperature monitoring program?
What stability test do you run for overclocking?

With these answers, several of us can give further suggestions.

If you have corsair link software and Asus software that causes crashes

Also if your using an suite or CPU step up to over clock that may be the issue as none of them seem to ever have enough voltage

If your manually doing it then ur probly getting 00000000124 errors which means more voltage

If you have them both installed you need to choose one to keep and dump the other, also I'm not sure how corsair link shows temps but what you want is core temp not package temps, program like aisuite only shows package temps which are usually much lower then core temps

Basically all and all your 4.6 isn't stable either due to needing more voltage or the CPU just can't handle it

Every single 4770k is different, my personal chip cannot do higher then 4.5 without needing more then 1.5 volts which then is awfully hard to keep cool
