VCCSA vs. CPU System agent voltage (BIOS discrepancy)

Are these the same thing? Been looking through the OC guide for Maximus VI UEFI BIOS and I keep seeing VCCSA referenced. My BIOS gui looks different from the pictures in the guide and there is no VCCSA shown, only CPU System agent voltage. Only, contrary to the guide and what Nate152 (thanks for all the help Nate) says I should be able to adjust it to (1.3V), CPU System agent voltage is capped at 0.999 (in red text). So, am I looking at the wrong thing? And if so, where can I find settings for VCCSA? There wasn't anything under CPU Power Management. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hello

As labeled and noted in the board's manual CPU System Agent voltage is an offset value not a total value. As such the amount chosen will added to or decreased from the base voltage.
