For some reason USB3.0 Boost from within AI SuiteIII is not functioning properly on my machine. MY MB is a RIVE BE and my OS is win 8.1 Pro x64. When I attempt to launch USB3.0 Boost from within the software, I get an error related to usbenum.dll. The app hangs and will not recover until I restart the computer. Meanwhile, my USB3.0 file transfers are strangeley slow, averaging 41MB/s... so with or without the software, my USB3.0 performance is not what it should be.
Any suggestions on how to fix this?
