usb keyboard doesn't work when upgrading the ssd drive firmware

hey guys
i want to upgrade my ssd drive firmware but when i am at the boot menu of it it says TYPE YES IF YOU WANT TO UPGRADE TYPE NO IF YOU WANT TO EXIT
i cant type anything my keyboard doesn't work...to make it work i gotta use the old style keyboards with the green ports but i dont have any...
any ideas?

Hi,

U have USB Legacy support selected in the bios? What brand of SSD are u trying to upgrade, cause many producers offer also a possibillity to upgrade in windows itself.

Change where you plug the keyboard usb in to. Try one of the other slots.
