USB E5-8 Stoped working after bios 1002 in my B550-E

After the update to bios 1002 the first port of the USB E5-8 stoped working (the one marked as Bios FlashBack port) I had the keyboard connected to it.

It doesn't work after updating to to BIOS 1004

Its BUG?
Its disabled because its reserved for Bios Flashback?
