USB controller driver problem windows 7 64 bit

hi all, good day,
i reinstalled windows 7 64 bit on my mvf , and now i can not install the usb controller driver, under device manager it shows a yellow exclamation mark.
i tried the asmedia and intel both usb 3.0 drivers but still the same.
thanks for any help in advance...!

Right click it and select Update Driver Software. Point it to your folder and let it do the rest.

Depending on your system you will have to install the drivers for third party USB controllers. You can do so in many different ways. Chino has suggested one way, you could identify what the USB drivers are and download the latest version from the developer.

ive tried the update driver way from device manager and it doesnt work. installed the z77 chipset driver no use, installed asmedia usb 3 driver no use, tried the intel usb 3 driver still same.

I had same problem on desktop and finally realized I had to install thunderbolt driver and it fixed it!
