updates bios from 1404, now problems

Level 7
I just updated my bios from 1404 to the one that was in the bios converter. My raid 0 array is no longer an option to boot from. I can force it to boot from it on the list below the boot priority but it's not giving me the option in the boot list. I've never seen that before. I'm also trying to update the bios to the latest and I've DL the new bios from Asus's site but it keeps saying it's not
compitable. I though doing the bios converter changed it to use the new CAP. files? I'm using EZ flash 2 BTW.

Thanks for any help you may have.

When you do the flash back you write to the one bios that is enabled.

Not sure why SpeedStep has anything to do with that. The only time I have ever had to disable Speedstep on RIVE, RIVF, P9X79 Deluxe, or any other mobo for that matter, was at high overclocks. As soon as the CPU entered turbo with speedstep, it would crash at high OCs. Turned off, CPU is always running at set speed/voltage. No throttling down.

If you disable SpeedStep, disable CE1 support also if it doesnt by default.
