Unable to register open box RIVBE from Newegg

Is there anyone on here that could possibly help me get this registered to my account?
It says the serial number has been used before. Thanks!

Hello

I would contact ASUS directly instead of here on the forum. NewEgg has always stated a an open box product may not even have a manufacturer's warranty if previously registered.


An Open Box item is an item returned by a previous customer for personal reasons.

May not include manufacturer warranty support (if original owner previously registered the item).
