STRIX B550-E coold boot fail

So I have a ROG STRIX B550-E GAMING with the lastest BIOS 0805 a Ryzen 3800X and 32GB of DDR4 3200 RAM (F4-3200C14D-32GTZSK)
The system seems stable with DCOP settings 14-14-14-34 it boots and pass several memory test...
Until I plug it off, the first boot after plug off and on allways fail, it just get stuck with code 0d, it starts fine at second try after turning it off and on with the button.

I have find in the web other mohterboards with this problem and they say to raise DRAM VBOOT but I cant find any option like that in the bios.

The only solution I have found is raising the latencies to 16-15-15-34 , its odd bios don't let me change CAS to 15 it turns to 16 ...

My question is. Its really the only way to avoid cold boot problems?
Its frustrating no having the best memory config just for that, I'm considering keeping DRAM 14-14-14-34 even with the dual power on ...
Will it be dangerous to the system? Failing cold boot and forcing a warm boot after will damage my system?

I have the same problem 😞 If DOCP is desabled it is OK, but when I turn it on, the cold boot fails. Before I have had the asus prime x470 pro and I have big problems with the fan adjusment, now there is a problem with docp. There is NO HELP from asus support! It is a big shame asus 😞 I think it is my last asus product! If it is possible I would like to return my rog strix b550-e and buy something like aorus pro.

got a Msi B550 it is boot fine at 14-14-14-34 4x8=32GB

I also have this problem,

My bios version is 1401 (so yes, its still happening with latest bios update as of now),
CPU: ryzen 5900x
RAM kit: f4-3600c16d-32gtzr -> 32gb (two 16gb sticks, dual rank b-die) with XMP profile of 3600Mhz at 16-16-16-36 timings at 1.35v.

With xmp on, that cold boot issue happens. I also tried manual tunnings with different settings (yes, I have also used DRAM Calculator software for timings and stuff) but at higher frequencies and lower timings and naturally higher dram voltages, this issue happens. After a successful boot with XMP profile, no problems, no BSOD, no WHEA errors in Windows event viewer, no errors with different benchmark softwares (I have tested with prime95, OCCT, cinebench r20, CPU-Z, aida64 each of them have run at least for 40 minutes). If I don't cut off the power from psu(thus, performing a warm boot), next boots after a successful boot, there won't be any boot issues
