STRIX B350-F AMD CPB CPU Voltage ~1.48V

Hi, so my bad I did not pay enough attention, cause before I bought this mobo I read somewhere that latest BIOS and Ryzen balanced power plane fixes voltage issue and I did not even bother to check. However I was experiencing random CPU temp spikes, I started to read more about it (yesterday) and I found out it's caused by AMD Core Performance Boost.
In the meantime I installed HWiNFO and I noticed CPU Voltage between 1.35-1.48V like all the time in idle, my question is: how bad could it affect CPU (RYZEN 5 1600X) if it was happening for past month?
BTW: cooler is kraken x62, stock clocks
BTW2: with CPB disabled Voltage ~ 1.18-1.2V

It's fine. This i happening because of XFR or Core Performance Boost. You can disable it if you want but it's meant to have spikes and its normal

Yeah I have done some research and I am aware of this XFR feature and the fact that I am going to loose turbo mode once I disable CBP (as it sticks to 3.6ghz), but still isn't it 1.48V too high?

It's just that high for a part of a second. It's designed to do it.
