Alright so back on the thread below I had been trying to boot off my SSD and have a RAID 1 array for all my data, I tried just about everything and had no luck without loosing performance on my SSD due to it being set as IDE.

I understand this adds a little more haul to the CPU but I wouldn't think it be much would it?
