HWInfo64 reports ROG T0 thru T3, 0 is cpu, 1 is SB, 2 is NB and 3 is board. HWInfo has great support for both AMD and ASUS products. It also integrates with my Aqua Suite software. The developer is active on several forums and always upgrading the software.
Now that I have some air flow around the board the SB temps are lower, a testament to the heatsink. My G Skill memory shipped with a memory cooler and when I saw memory temps climb to 40C I installed it. Not only cooled the sticks but dropped the SB temps with the added air flow. Another plus is added flow in the gpu passive back plate has lowered vrm temps. All that from a cheesy little memory cooler.
My SB is now around 36C, NB runs around 32C. DIMM's are picking up 4-6C under load, much better than 15+C is was seeing.
