Not that I am aware of. The PCIe cards will be on sale within a couple of weeks, so you can add it separately.

Question:

I had 2 G.Skill Tridents 2400 Mhz CL10 @ 8gb for 16gb. I bought another two of the same set, for a total of 4, except the new ones are now running at 1333 mhz cl9. How do I adjust the new sticks to the right speeds in the bios? I have looked and must be missing something.

Even if the sticks are identical (timings, version, etc) it is a problem using 2 different sets of ram.
Rather sell your 2 sets and buy 1 set of 4 sticks.

hey everyone i don't know if this is the correct place , but obv i have the maximus vii formula z97 , is the audio any good for music and gaming on headset etc ? or is it still worth getting a dedicated sound card like the ROG Xonar for example ?

I have a Logitech 5.1 system hooked up to my Maximus VII Formula, and a pair of Razer Kraken Pro Headset.

What I think is ridiculous is that you have to us a dedicated system. The only real gaming headsets worth a shot that have 7.1 are all USB, including the ROG 7.1 Strix, Vulcan Pro, and you need a 3.5 mm jack to access the Sonic Sound Stage that they highlight with the board.

Maybe I have to spend a couple of hundred $$ on a headset with a 3.5 mm which are stereo, and have an additional piece of equipment to plug everything into, I don't get it.

7.1 is great for gaming, but you can't adjust the equiliser. Am I going somewhere wrong here?

what's the audio like from the board mate ? i might get a sound card instead but depends on quality ,by what you put sounds like be easier and better haha

I moved to Tennessee and had my pc up in the second floor and no heat was turned on and my 170 res froze and
cracked. XSPC would not sell just the glass, so I had to buy just the 170 res new, and then get a top for my D5 pump
and now everything is working again after one month without my rig working.

now I have coolant and not just distilled water, so its like anti freeze and no more problems.
