1. Is it possible to get the AI charger+ & usb 3.0 boost to work without installing AI suite II ?

2. Bios 4206 is the last completely supported bios for Sandy Bridge-E ?

It may seems like inappropriate. But,i recently updated from 4403 to 4802 & i have this BOOT DEVICE(the last one top) red led issue. Although i am not having any problem at all(like BSOD or anything else). But,the red Q led(constantly on) is annoying .

for the side note: I am not using Dominator Platinium 1600. currently using XMS3 6 GB(3x2GB) kit atm & i am just using turbo mode. No oc.

Also i have setup my windows 8.1 wrongly in the first place, legacy mode. So,it takes around 17 sec to boot up to desktop. Will installing it on UEFI decrease the boot time SIGNIFICANTLY ?

Thanks in advance for responding.

This is very curious. I am interested in the answer to this as well. Could it be something to do with the SSD ?? Is there another HD
attached to the system ? Welcome to ROG. .c.

there are other HDD. However those are not SSD. I didn't think my SSD is causing it. Because, i didn't have the issue on BIOS 4403.

iphone i dont know. i stay away from things like that so 😛
i just use normal usb charge on my cell. when i come home from work i connect it and its recharged in a couple of hours.
and if you are unlucky you can damage things thats connected to the usb3 ports too that does not support the booster.
