Lol. And I was thinking that 1604 required more Vcore. In my approach for clocks over 4.6-4.7 I always go with manual Vcore. Even on 100% load I have noticed that I can have it stable with a bit less voltage compared with offset, plus that with the step down and step up it's more sensitive to instability, (well, will see if this can change). If an offset voltage was absolutely reliable up there it would be a gift, for not having 1.5 volts all the time running.
