Selecting boot OS from a list?

Is there a way to select a boot OS?

I did something stupid... I had a working copy of win 7 installed but I booted up from the cd again so I could format one of the drives.
now the board just keeps booting into bios even though I have my boot priority set to the ssd with win7 installed. I just wanted to ask before I go and reinstall everything again. Thanks.

If you have the Windows 7 dvd or made one, put it in your dvd drive and make it the first boot device. When it say's Install/Install Now, click on Repair pc in the lower left corner and then click on Startup Repair. You may need to do that a few times. After it's fixed and you can boot into Windows, reset your ssd as the 1st boot device.

Assuming that there has not been any corruption or damage to your MBR you can F8 during the post process and select your OS drive.

If that is not possible - namely once selected it still will not work - then do what was suggest above.
