Recently build new rig last weekend..running crossfire and tested out BF3 and Far Cry 3. All went well game booted up and I played for several minutes of each game. Now I cannot get crossfire to work. Everytime I try to play the game, my screen would go blank and state "no signal"

Troubleshooting I have tried.

I tested gpu 1 alone by turning off the pcie switch of gpu 2 (pcie 3 on RIVE). System booted up did a benchmark run of heaven and all went well. Did same process with gpu 2. All went well. So its fair to assume that its not my gpu's????

Next I changed the crossfire cables. Still no go...I am at a complete lost now. This has been on-going now for the past 3 days and I am going crazy. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

Reinstall your graphic drivers and make sure you have the latest CAP file.
To help us help you - please provide as much information about your system and the problem as possible.

using 13.2 beta drivers...thought I didn't have to install CAP file if using these drivers. AM I wrong here????

What are your specs again?

Have you tried removing all drivers and cards and doing a fresh install for crossfire?

Yeah install the latest CAP it contains application profiles which could help in resolving your issue. You should be installing this regardless of whether you have issues or not fyi.

OK so, i am currently downloading amd 13.2 beta 7 drivers and also CAP.....

reinstalled..and black screen again. Just like when I was trying to play game. Checked Gpu-z and it states crossfire enabled. Tried the render test in gpuz and similar thing happen...black screen.
