Saving BIOS settings before BIOS Flashing

Is there a way to save the OC settings ( or all other settings for that matter.. ) before I flash my Rampage III Black Edition to 0602 FW ?

yes, under Tools >> OC Profile >>Start O.C. Profile

Save your image to an external storage device. You can also save the CMOS settings to onboard memory, but it's always good to do both.
