Sata Controller issues

So i've installed all the drivers and such from the website. I have all the settings in my bios set to ahci etc. Everything works fine, but I was having this issue where RSTe drivers keep notifying me that my drive is disconnecting and reconnecting and when it reconnects it doesn't know the port number or anything. I brush it off as nothing when it happens. Maybe twice a week. Then comes to the part that is really annoying. I get on my computer a few days ago, bootmgr not found. My entire partition is gone on my boot drive (ssd). I try to figure it out, nothing, i reinstall cutting my losses. My HDD starts to not be able to be accessed. Now i'm really getting mad, and i don't know what to do. I've tried the new bios, the HDD works fine in another computer as does the ssd. I've tried the other ssd ports (all of them in fact). Right now I don't know what to do suggestions?

Build:

I had similar problems with Vertex 3. Also showed ssd as scsi in device manager.

In the end I uninstalled the RSTe drivers and left the Microsoft AHCI drivers and the problems vanished and the drives worked faster!

I'm waiting for RST 11.5/6 for raid trim before I try intel drivers again.

It seems that you have omitted to tell us the key bit of hardware. What hard drives are you using?

But I fully agree with the post above. Remove the RST and see if that fixes your problem.

Sorry, was a bit tired last night and frustrated. I'm using a Corsair Performance Pro SSD as my boot drive and I'm using 2 Western Digital HDD for data. One is 1TB Black and the other is 1.5TB Green. It seems it ended up being one of my HDD, haven't figured out which one as I haven't had much time as of yet to test.
