No post, fans stay for about 3-4 seconds then off and then for about 3-4 seconds and so on. It does with or without a cpu installed. I have tried 3 different cpu's. Two diff. psu's (750 Watt psu's). Two diff. sets of mem. sticks, in 1 or 2 or 4 stick groupings. Tried two diff. graphics boards in both slots. Tried reloading the latest firmware. Tried resetting the bios by removing the battery and with the jumper. The board is out of warranty. Tried removing the mobo from the case (it was doing the cycling in the case) and shorting the power switch pins to get the mobo to turn on (which it does and the same result occurs).
Any meaningful suggestions? Any hope?
