_ I used this motherboard 2 years ago, recently its have issue ( warranty end 02/2019 check on website asus). The problem is mobo CPU led is red , no post.
_ 1st i sent it to Asus services (only mobo). After 1 day, they tell me this mobo no problem maybe issue on my cpu. Then i sent cpu to RMA, when i recieved new cpu from intel. I tested with x99 sabertooth again but same issue (ram, vga is also changed).
_ 2nd i sent to Asus services mobo + cpu, they checked in place and the record in the receipt is no post screen. But again, after 1 day they call me to say this mobo no issue. I ask them why when u check in place is no post screen, now u say its no problem? They said "i dont know" .....:mad:. And then they ask me pay $S180 more for sent it to another Asus services . Why do I have to pay extra when my mobo is still under warranty and it has problems?
_ Im from Singapore, my rig x99 sabertooth - 5930k. I hope the Asus forum can help me solve this problem most clearly. Sorry my bad English.
