Hi Saphiire and Welcome to ROG.
The latest correct Bios for your MB is 2501, Should you decide to update,This is not without risk, however as you have probably tried clearing your CMOS with no joy it would be a good idea, and you have nothing to loose if you cannot post.
For help with the best method to update your Bios just ask.
Should you have no joy, then you will have to follow the dreaded FF procedure, to determine which of your system components are at fault.

http://rog.asus.com/forum/showthread.php?49917-Crosshair-V-Formula-Z-and-FF-error&highlight=dreadedIt is very often necessary to remove your MB from your case to eliminate problems with your case and as you see your problem can be one of many things.
Please report back and good luck.;)
Edit: Just noticed too that you are using the Corsair H75 cooler and this may also be a problem.
The FX-9590 has a 220TDP Draw and gets hot fast, you may have to upgrade if you want the full potential of your CPU.
