Rog iv Extreme mobo NO sound!!

Just received my gaming rig from "Pc Specialist" installed the bundled driver and utility disk which included the realtek audio driver, it shows that there is audio playing, it doesn't come through the speakers or headset on rear and top jack?? 😞

have you set your default audio source in your OS? if so, what type of powered speakers are you using, or are you using the optical out ? do your headphones work in the audio out ports?

Also; is the on board sound enabled in BIOS?

Please help to into the bios manual then do once load setup default(hot key "F5")
After re-into the windows desktop,re-install the audio driver again..
