Rog front base problem

I just bought and installed my ROG front base.For 4 days it was working perfect.Yesterday i turned on my PC and realised that the 4-digit fan speed display in the middle of the ROG front base screen has the 3rd digit(counting from left to right) shown half or has some lines missing.My motherboard is Maximus VI Formula.
Sorry if my english are bad.

Can you help?

Please check your connections to the motherboard. If that does not solve the problem I would suggest that you need to arrange a swap (RMA) for a working unit.
