Hi guys,

It was a long time when i ve been here, i ve been busy at work. Today i have more spare time , my system is running on ofset +0,035 on 4,6 GHZ on win7 sp1 without any problems, DPS latency of drivers is 35 us max , the page fault is 3500 us but still its ok. I want to make a clean isntall of windows and i was wondering if to give windows 8 another shot. Is windows 8 after updates to this day , usable ? Are there prtoblemsw with DPC latency on our mobos ? IS there anyone who uses win8 for work OC and gameing that can shed some light on my thoughts ? I was thinking to isntall windows 8 due to built in iso support and due to that my GPU's have UEFI bioses and i could really disable CSM for win 8 and use GDP(???) driver for video thus passing all legacy roms now . Is it worth ? Is windows 8 working on LOW DPC latencies ? MY PC config as in SIG! I must add that i always use latest drivers form station drivers or intel.pl . I plan to use English win 8 pro with PL language pack (eng is better for troubleshooting and general use - i need pack only to properly support languages in apps. Of course im going to use startisback or something similar as i find metro UI crap and non usable. So what are Your experiences with win8 and RIVE ? is pure UEFI without CSM working for You ? What DPC latencies You observe when using LatencyMon ? I ve found alot of problems with latency on win8 during the RTM phase.
