RIVE loud beep during POST after updating BIOS 4004

Everything works fine other than this louder than normal beep I hear every time it POST. Is this normal for BIOS 4004?

Seems only doing it during warm boot, cold boot is fine.

Now that you mention it the beep is louder for me as well. Perhaps it depends on the type of buzzer (old type vs piezoelectric).. Mine is the later. Still I don't think it's anything to worry about heh.

Yes, I get loud long beep also after 4004 update. I have the logo disabled as Dummyplug mentioned. I didnt notice if it was that as I was messing with ROG Connect at the time.

Interesting observation. I also disable the logo as I like seeing POST messages.

Any Reputation is welcome. thanks

Loud beep with 4004 (ugly loud beep). If the logo is off, I get the beep. If the logo is on, no beep. Doesn't matter whether it is a cold or warm boot.

I thought it was a HD controller for two days!

Going back to 3602.

Loud beeeeep here too; annoying but not worth reverting back to previous.
