RIVE giving 00 after power failure

I had a power failure the other day when my power lines went down. Unfortunately, the power line never snapped so it still delivered fluctuating power to my home. During this time my RIVE restarted twice.

Now I cannot get my RIVE to POST. It displays a 00 code and that is as far as I can get it to go. I'm in the process of testing the power supply in another tower, however I do not have a second power supply to test the RIVE with. I also do not have a second board to test the cpu with, in case anybody suggests that.

Based on my scenario, I'm assuming that the power fluctuations may have caused my PS or my board to fail even though I have my tower running through a surge suppressor. I wanted to run this through the forums to see if anyone had any ideas on what else I could do to test the system. Thanks!

EDIT: Power supply seemed to work fine in second tower. I'm assuming this means my CPU or mobo is dead. Any thoughts?

[Things I Have Tested]
Pulled power cable and battery out for extended period - fail
Power supply tested in second tower - pass
Secondary power supply tested on RIVE (24 pin, 8 pin, and 6 pin. No second 4 pin) - fail

The surges might have caused some damage to the board. Hard to say really. Try using the other BIOS chip and see if you get anything more than 00. IF not, you might have to RMA the board. CPU and PSU might have issues as well depending upon what happened. PSU might appear to work as it is, but there can sometimes be faults on the rails that damage components over time.

As you dont have a bunch of spare parts, you might need to see if someone can test the CPU for you.

Switched the BIOS chip and it still didn't boot. I'll RMA and see what happens.

I'm not sure if it helps at all, but when the board gives the 00 code, the DRAM_AB and VCORE LEDs are lit.

Difficult to say. I'd send that PSU in for RMA as well if I were you - just in case there is a fault.
