Thanks to the great Flashback tool, my primary bios is corrupted, and the second bios won't load Windows. I put the newest bios from Asus's site on my usb drive, renamed it to R4E.rom, plugged it into the flashback port, and held the button down until it started blinking, then waited until the light stopped blinking 2 minutes later, then booted up. Only to have my computer turn on for half a second then turn off and keep repeating this process. Second bios is 1005 and hangs after the bios splash screen. How do I flash the primary bios back to something older and that will boot? Also, is there something on the board that shows you what bios is selected, or do I have to guess after hitting the bios button?
Fixed. Installed CAP Converter on the second bios and it reflashed both back to 1905, then I used EZ Flash and flashed the primary bios to 3602.
